I’ll be moderating a wonderfully diverse panel of children’s novelists at Nicola’s Books in Ann Arbor on Wednesday, May 3 at 7pm. The event is free. Jean Alicia Elster, Ruth Behar and Jack Cheng will talk about writing their middle-grade novels. We’d love to see you all there! Please spread the word! Thanks!

I’m excited to announce that my newest book, a middle-grade adventure novel, will make its appearance on Sept. 13th. WILLIAM AND THE WITCH’S RIDDLE is illustrated by NY TIMES best-selling illustrator, Lee Wildish. It’s published by Alfred A. Knopf.  We’ll be celebrating with a book launch on Sunday, Sept. 25th at Nicola’s Books in Ann Arbor at 3pm. Please join us at Nicola’s located in the Westgate Shopping Center,  2513 Jackson Avenue Ann Arbor, MI 48103. I’ll be launching William into the world beside my friend Kristen Bartley Lenz who will be celebrating her new novel THE ART OF HOLDING ON AND LETTING GO (Elephant Rock Productions, 2016).

It’s garnering great reviews already!
